I have two corporations losing money, one corporation sells medical supplies the other is a hospital company. I am trying to raise health index as it is so will closing these unprofitable enterprises effect the health index?

Well, if you'd like to think that way, sure viper. I've yet to receive a mail from you regarding anything...Nor in chat, Yes Im normally logged in, but never had a question from you left in my dialogue, would happily help when I returned, by mailing you..

But hey Viper wanna know the BESTESTEST ADVICE..

Don't EVER DISRESPECT, the Vet's community ' swagger ' you'll find yourself as an outcast, and your citizens in your country peeing and wetting themselves instead of going to work :P

But yes, feel free to ASK A VET, before you go DISRESPECTING one.

what your corporations produce and what your country's have is separate your index depends on how many hospitals your country has its quite likely that your hospital corp just sells to other country's a hospital Corp just produces hospitals for selling it doesn't provide medical assistance to your citizens to improve your index click on it and click on the link to build hospitals

Hmm so building hospitals and then setting up a sell to country full would not get past the purchasing lag?

Having your own Hospital Corporation build hospitals for you. Some serious caveats.

1)keep the quality as low as possible on the finished product. There is no benefit of having a 300 quality hospital over a 120 one.
1a)you can do that by not buying quality upgrades, and "smoothing" down the quality of contracted goods and services to as low as you can make it. (upgraded quality will eventual fall off).

2)have enough hospitals coming out of these corporations to keep pace with sustained growth. If I was to go this route, I'd rapidly hit up against having enough workers to actually produce them. Which would limit having them somewhere else more productive.

It's a judgement call - a guaranteed supply vice more profit.
