"As you are my servants because your corporations are under my control I order you to send me a message daily in which you will praise me otherwise I will destroy your business."

I got this in my mailbox a few days ago, I ignored because I didn't think the player really meant anything and was only playing around. The corporations I have in the country can't be moved (this country was a npc until he took it as a slave then sent the message). Now he's jacked up the tax % to 75% because I didn't do as he requested and I can't moved my companies because they're too young. I just started doing this CEO thing a week ago so what do I do? I can't afford to destroy the companies either as it will cost 150B and I have 60B...

Call in the united strength of your countries where you have corps. If not, join an alliance and watch the butt kicking begin.

Just wait the few gamemonths until the corps mature enough to move. At that tax rate you'll be allowed to move them for free. If you really dont want to pay him anything... lower your hiring and production to 10%... then move as soon as the game allows.
