I believe the only benefit is CEOs can't bid on them, where they can bid on state corps. |

Unless you have blocked CEOs in the settings ... at which point it makes no difference.

Jo, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe CEOs can still bid on state corps even when you have blocked CEOs. |

I'm pretty sure blocking CEOs prevents them from building or bidding.
