Hello and thanks ahead for helping me.First i want to say i wish i had found this game a long time ago this game is freaking sweet that being said I am having a few issues with them game.
1.) I have read on here their is no need for military in my main country as it is in secured mode and I have no intention to bring it out of that. So how do I get rid of my military and the cost of keeping them running? I have deactivated all my off and def arms. How do I get rid of forts and everything else in the Military complex. do I just dismantle all of them? If I do that are they gone or will they resupply and come back ?
2.) I cant for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong with my corps. I have built schools and high schools, universality hospitals and all that. I plan on continuing to build till my index is above 150 for each. Upgraded my infrastructure i.e. roads rails and waste water Plan on raising that to 150 index. Built back to work schools. For some reason I cant get 100% hiring. So I am losing money. I changed the salary of my corps to 250. but that did not work my hiring rate just keeps on dropping I have educated people and unemployed people to fill the jobs. but it just keeps on dropping production and salary's are set to auto. Am I supposed to nationalize all of them ???? I have no loans out. I even offered a loan for 1T because the interest rate on it is 12% talk about a nice profit. Any advice would be most helpful.I am on World: White Giant Continent: Auriga Bella /Region: Nakomo Valley Empire named The Eternal Kingdom also if you could take a look at my 2 kingdom The Eternal kingdom 2 right next to it and give me some tips it would be most helpful I foresee having the same Issue with the corps there as well

@1 sell it. You can sell your military stuff on the global market under 'buys/sell and stock'

You may want to study pricedevelopments first. Most military goods are in oversupply and will remain like that (green market), but some fluctuate up and dwon. So in some cases it may pay to wait selling.

@2 wellfare index is what to look for. If it's low, then productivity will be too. You did the right things to bring the wellfare index up, as far as I can see, but the effect on the index is (very) delayed.

Note that loan interest is 12% per REAL year - not game year.

Set your corps to 100% production and hiring get off the auto, that will help.

Remember to pay attention when ading schools, highschools, universistes & hospitals as they all take people to operate and if you don't have the required people they get closed & that can be a huge waste of cash.

Yep, you must have enough workers of all worker types for your corps to hire at 100%. If a corp drops 10% managers it will lay off 10% of every type. Adjust your education priorities to achieve this. If you dont yet know how the education priorities work, search these forums for the subject, there's lots of advice.

Dont use automatic for production and hiring as Tarmore wisely says. Set them manually to 100%. Do this for each corp you have AND in your country home page (settings) where you can set them for any future corps.

That should sort your corps (check the education priorities page every time you log in to see you have enough of everyone). The only other thing that could be wrong is you have too many corps and hosps and schools and army for the amount of people you have. Dont ever build anything unless you are sure you have enough people to staff it.

thanks for all the tips though i am still not sure how to get rid of my mil complex. education seems to be my biggest expense at the moment though i don't think that is a bad thing all my corps are not running at 100 expect for one that is now at 60% and dropping i am thinking about closing it down however i am pissed because it is the one corp that i used the super boost on to bring it to max upgrades really don't understand that ?

You can't. But you can switch to peacefull setting. That way military won't be required to advance in levels.

Buy a million or two population Harry would be my advice. Your corps really need to hire at 100% for your country to survive.

if you want someone to look at your country you can get some good feedback, just leave the country and the world.

But it is very important to learn how to use the education priorities. It is not important right now that your production is at 60 what is important is why it is at 60 and how do you fix it
