So, I've been doing some rather large amounts of growth for a new country (Second day on the game) with lots of schools, hospitals, corporations etc being built. However, when I go to build new corporations to continue to expand my cash and resource income, I have a shortage of workers. Or do I? When looking at my "change education priorities screen", I have several hundreds of thousands of the low, medium, and high worker levels that are unemployed. How come then, when I only need a few hundred here or there, it says that I have 0 available? |
