I have the education and health indexes over 90 and yet on the tutor page are still listed in red. Any ideas on how to get to level 2?

Do you have more than one country? Also it usually helps to state your country name and world when you ask questions that way others can actually take a look for you.

I didn't know that others could take a look!

Home country is "La Republica del Perlina".

Country Name doesn't help without world name as noone wants to check all the worlds for a singel Country.

But as Jack allready mentioned those numbers you Need for the next game Level are allways counted from the average of all you Empire's Countries. So if you have 2 Countries and a index of 100 in main and 60 in the slave the index that Counts towards game Level would be 80

Always a fly in the ointment! Kebir Blue.

How do I get rid of the slave?

Head to the homepage, click "My Countries" > "Add" > "Cancel a Country", then click the little "x" icon above the country you want to get rid of.

Still stuck! I have all the schools that are needed and I can't get to 90%!

See "La Republica del Perlina" on Kebir Blue.

Your other country is still holding you back. You need to get it up to 80, I think. It doesn't matter anyway you need to have at least 1.25x the amount of recommended number schools, highschools, and unis. I think that should put you at index of 125, which is no problem for leveling up.

I don't understand how the other country could be holding me back. I've actually closed highschools because I had too many.

FINALLY! I've made it to lvl 2!

Now, how do I become a premium player so I can get to lvl 3?

I paid $12 and got 90 GC; then I paid $36 for 360 GC--but that didn't seem to go through at this end.

well, gz, you bought GCs, that is not the same as becoming premium.

if you want to become premium go to Account&Membership and there should be a 'extend membership' or 'become premium member', use that. it's 12$ for 3 months, 24 for 6 months+30Gcs Bonus, 36$ for 9 months+90GC bonus

On another topic in this area.

Do you loose game levels, and/or higher game level corps, if you switch from peace mode back to war mode, and your defense isn't up?

Thanks in advance.

You can go back levels, but you can keep whatever corps you built while at the higher level.

Okay, I'm a premium player, but I'm still not at lvl 3.

How do I get there?

Did you take the Enterprise option, or the
Public Service Option? Mr. Deacon Lin.

From a previous post that would indicate that I'm running a country.

Did that. Apparently, my war index is too low. I've looked around on the rules and it ells me how to lower my enemies index when I'm at war. But, I saw nothing about how to raise mine. Any ideas?

Go to your war page and click on "explain my war index"

Yeah. It says (one line:) "You lose the war and your country if your War Index is reduced to 0."

Does this mean then that to bring my index up that I should, for example, build more fortifications?

Yeah, there's more than one line.

The other lines don't say much of what I was asking.
