I have an enterprise, I have hiring and production both set to 100, but for some reason my corps are not hiring everyone, salaries are fine and when I built my corps there was anothe people for them. If you have an idea what I could be doing wrong please let me know. Enterprise name is United Market and world is Golden Rainbow.

You are in the process of raising salaries, so you may have an idea already of the issue. Your current salaries will take time to raise but, until they reach 300+, they are not competitive with computer-run corps and will have difficulty keeping a full workforce until then.

I have a similar situation with my CEO MAERSK Group on Kebir Blue. But the hiring on my own countries are 99% and in other countries are 100%. My government salaries are 320, my State corporations salaries are 330 and they have 100% hiring. My CEO pays 340 in all countries and in my countries hiring index is 99%. My countries have low taxes. What I do wrong? Besides I recently bought a public corporation Maersk HHP Public Kalindra and I moved this corporation to a nice country and still produce nothing. I really appreciate suggestions and ideas. :)

I get like 88% hiring for my corps and its been decreasing lately steadily only seems to affect my new corps that I built the ones that I bought are at 100% hiring. I have it set to 100 hiring and 100 production for all my corps though.

Perhaps it is my salaries, some salaries in my corps are over 360 while some are at 190, is there any salary I should set my corps to in my enterprise. CURRENT TARGET SALARY: 750

Is it good to have a target salary this high, what is an optimal salary level for all the corps in your enterprise?

Many thanks TheInventor, but I already set my production and hiring at 100% many time ago. I really dont know what happened with the hiring of my CEO in my own countries. :O

Good idea, but I cannot afford 750 :( But I catch the idea: high salaries = more hiring. I will try it. Thank you, my friend. :D

A good balance is around 320. All my corps i believe are at 310-320 and all at 100% hiring. Give it several months(at least one full real day) to see if theres any real changes.

Trevor is right. The c3 salary is your most common competition and they pay 300. Set your salary just above and you will usually do okay.

Maybe countries your corporations are residing have worker shortage and simply there are no people to hire.

The time my companies are less than 100% I have a shortage of one type of worker. The way the game works if a corp are short 5% of high tech seniors, your corp will be 5% short of everyone. I get shortages of particular skill often for reasons have no idea. A company also seems to steal for one particular corp to make up for all the others, results in one being 60% hiring while everyone else is at 100%.

Check your education priorities. See how many of the needed group are graduating every month. Adjust priorities accordingly. I check mine every couple of real days, just to fine tune.

Also check their age. See if they are dying off like flies. If needed, adjust your health Index.

Eugene Mac hit the nail on the head. Take your least profitable corp, and downsize the work force. Release for your other corps. Until you can get the needed work force.
