Why don't you message me at my country 'Oblivion' on Golden Rainbow with your questions and I can help you from there hopefully.
There used to be some economic federation that would have helped you by now but they seem to have gone dormant.

In a nutshell: Forget contracts, don't build a bunch of crappy state corps (close them if you already have), set taxes at 10% or less and try to get CEO's to send corps into your country.
Take Wendy (Psycho Honey) up on her offer to help you.
Contact Homerdome at "GREF" fed and join them. (This advice may be in conflict with accepting help from Wendy. Wendy, be nice and let him join GREF, then help him anyway?).
I don't have time to give you advice but will send you some SimCountry dollars via the "Virtual Assets" feature to tide you over for a while. You don't have to pay me back. Contact Joe Green at country = "Green Haven" on Golden Rainbow.

Haha Joe, me and GREF have been quiet on GR for a long few months, surprisingly.

I wrote the information posted there and use it myself. I also chair a federation here on GR. If you like what you see, why not consider joining the Independent Defense Coalition?
