this has probably been covered in the past but it appears that garrison sizes start at 1000 weapons. even the defaults on tiny units minimum is 1000. to defend a town where you might just want to have a couple of def nuke miss bats and a few other weapons, you still have to build a minimum of 1000weapons.

Please! i need help. i need help in making smaller garrison. the new regs require at least 1000 weapons even if it's called a small garrison. anybody know how to make a smaller garrison. i'm just trying to put a couple of def nuke batts in a town. it's a bit overkill for adding 998 more. maybe a couple of hundred but this is ridiculous.

1) Towns don't need nuclear defense batteries. You can only nuke capitals, cities, military bases, and military airports.
2) Say you want 600 units in a garrison. Create a garrison blueprint with twice of everything (total 1200) and when you install it at the targets set it at 50%.
Hope that helps,

what a dumb ass i am. i've been completely ignoring that 100% thing trying figure it out. shazam. thanks, so much.
also, i guess i was misinformed about the towns. Wild Eyes said that towns can be nuked.

Also guys, if you don't want to put a bunch of batteries in those garrisons, put the cheap units in it to make up the required minimum unit sizes.
For example, jeeps can be used to fill the minimum requirement for supply units. Toy around with the blueprints. There are all kinds of different configurations you can try out.
