Detailed Description:
As it is now, it is really hard to get a public corp off the market and back to private. IMHO, this should not be so and there should be an easier way for the majority shareholder to take his/her public corp private. Vote yes if you'd like W3 to make it easier or No if not.

We intend to make it easier. It should not be too easy but as of now, the shares are hard to get. We intend to make it possible to withdraw a corporation from the market by a shareholder with 90% or more of the shares.
