Intelligence Missions

If you want to see the target, its defences and other stationed weapons, you must send out an intelligence mission by long range radar planes. Radar planes may be damaged during such missions and the chance for damage is around 10%. If a radar plane is hit, it will sustain a 25% damage.

Sending out one radar plane, may result in failure. If the plane is damaged it will abort the mission. Sending two radar planes will always deliver results but the chance that one of them will be damaged is 20%. Sending more than 2 radar planes on a mission does not make sense and will only increase the chance that some will be damaged or lost.
