Low Level Workers

Low level workers are the main work force in all corporations. They are the least educated workers and have the lowest salaries.
When corporations are upgrading their efficiency, many low level workers are replaced by much smaller numbers of higher levels workers and managers.
Low level workers that are under 50 years old are also hired as soldiers in the army.
When a country is building a very large army, worker leave the industry and cause major problems for corporations who cannot continue their production for lack of workers.
