Production

This column shows the production level in the corporation as a percentage of the full capacity. The production level depends on the availability of raw materials, on the availability of workers in the corporation and on the welfare level of the workers in the corporation. The welfare level depends mainly on their salary. Even with all materials are available and a 100% hiring level, production level may remain lower than 100% if the welfare level of the workers is lower than 100%. Production level can increase higher than 100% if salary levels are very high but will never reach 150 or 200%.
