OK, this is officially driving me up the wall. I have a number of contracts set up to supply various services from my enterprise to my country's other corps. I've reserved the correct amounts of said services yet every month the game tells me I've failed to deliver on my contracts despite it also saying I've reserved the correct amount and have that amount in stock and unsold.

What makes this even crazier is that I've done the exact same thing between corps of my country and it works fine.

Am I missing something or is the game just messing up?
