i understand the new action on de-activation of weapons as it pertains to garrisons. the question is, how can a player know whether the de-activation of garrisons is a result of their doing the deactivation, w3c's deactivation of weapons not in garrisons or deactivation of garrisons? do we have to go through each catagory of target to see which targets are understaffed?
