I have had more than 24K available in several of my countries over the last 5-6 game months on Golden Rainbow (including my main of 99 Million).

I believe they did something to help the problem. 24K is still the floor though. I think more are being converted though now from LLW.

They are ok in my slave, POP 18M, but LLW & MLW are the shortage there.

Just covered the HLW shortage in my main, POP 90M, so see how that goes over the next 6 game months. LLW increasing again.

Both countries have effectivity off along with my CEOs and the rest of the CEOs are mature
