Enterprise Tax? (Little Upsilon)

Is this new? Enterprise tax? My largest enterprise on LU (about 900 corps) pays 150B every month in enterprise tax. Note that this is not "Country Resources Used." That shows up in a different place on my financial page and is much higher.

My second enterprise with 580 corps is paying 88B per month in enterprise tax.

This "enterprise tax" shows up as "Corporations bought, closed, or moved and Enterprise tax"

While buying and moving etc could explain where some of my costs from the smaller enterprise is coming from (as I buy corps sometimes), this does not explain where the costs from the larger enterprise is coming from. Since I'm over the 750 corp limit, it can't buy corps any more and I have not closed or moved a corp in quite some time.

It has always been there and indeed, it is a bit higher for very large enterprises.
