Not wanting to be offensive and reflect on your social life. But isn't a bit concerning that you go to an internet forum after getting drunk to socialize.

"The 2003 invasion of Iraq, from March 20 to May 1, 2003, was spearheaded by the United States, backed by British forces and smaller contingents from Australia, Spain, Poland and Denmark. Four countries participated with troops during the initial invasion phase, which lasted from March 20 to May 1. "

March has been the traditional month of invasions since ancient times. The verb "to march", "Mars" the god of war, and "March" the month have the same origin in Latin.

The 2003 invasion of Iraq was an odd one because of the total lack concern for surprise. The generals in command counted on psychological impact having a greater effect than a surprise start date. Compare to 1991 when U.S. led allies bombed at 2:38 A.M January 17th, not January 15th when the ultimatum expired.
