Corporation Company Loosing Money (Little Upsilon)

Why doe's the company drop prices and that causes the value to go down and then eventually it will close the company?I can't understand this.Doe's any one know?

Also to,my tax is at 35% and profit transfer is at 65%.Doe's this has any effect on the company loosing it's value and dropping it cost of the product?Sorry about these questions.
