1. I have been at level 7 since June 19th, and I have never received the 10gcs per month that comes with it.

2. I have met and exceeded all requirements for level 8 since Sept 7th. However all I get is this message.

You will move to Level 8 within several hours.

It's been 4 days now, and still no level 8.

So any information regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

I love this game and appreciate the improvements you are making. I really like the idea of interplanetary trading.

I am working on level 7, which is fun and absorbing. But I find myself delaying getting there, by various means.

Why? Because I know that when I get there, there is nothing more to aim for. Level 7 is the highest you can get, because level 8 requires an index that doesn't exist

I am also disturbed at the suggestion that level 7 may not yeid the advertised rewards. It takes a lot of investment to get to that level, and 10GCs per month is nothing in relation to expenditure.

Please, GMs, look into this!

@ Jo. Thanks for your support. According to the requirements shown for level 8 now, they removed that index. However I am still stuck at level 7.

@ Laguna. Yes. When I use the link to try to email the GM. It makes me sign in to Yahoo and then I get that message.

When I click a click with my browser, it either opens Outlook Express or Window Mail.

"HTTP 404" doesn't apply for e-mails, so it is a problem with either your settings or Yahoo, or even something else I'm missing.

To test it, what happens when you click na.support@square-enix.com?

To avoid the error, just log in to Yahoo Email (browser) and send the e-mail from there.

I get the same error with that link as well.

It used to open Outlook express for me as well.

I haven't changed any settings. Maybe my wife did.

The point is Man of Peace has reached level 8 and is still not receiving awards for level 7.

Perhaps another thread can be opened to discuss troubleshooting Man of Peaces' email.

perhaps Laguna knows the answer but Man of Peace should already know the answer so Laguna isn't telling him because if he thought about it he'd already know....oops that was rude of me..my bad

Maybe W3C thought it was wiser to spend the GCs on building a ryukyu style garden in one of their space stations. Artificial gravity costs money, ya know.

It's a system error. A pretty natural one, given the frequency of the event. Nothing we can do.

I don't recall asking anyone for help with the Email issue.

This thread was posted to the GM about level 7 and 8, nothing or no one else.

I bet you used to bully the special ed students in school, to make you feel better about your self.

As far as my "stupidity" goes... I am terribly sorry for annoying you with it.

I am recovering from a major car accident, as well as the several surgeries that were required. Therefore I am heavily medicated and not thinking too clearly.

This is the second post that I've seen you stressed on.

Try put in for a sim country vote?The gamemaster should reply then with the accepted along with others to agree with.It should work then when the time doe's come along.If the gamemaster do implemented it in the future.Because usesally,the gamemaster do fix errors if there is any.This might help.Good luck!

We got the email on the level 7 problem.

I don't understand the problem of mailing us. we get many mails and answer many. There are no complaints about it. The only problem we have from time to time is that when we mail, some of our messages go into some filter and people keep mailing us asking for an answer.

The mail is now with one of the engineers to look into it and we will answer it within several days.

if there is a problem we will fix it.

also, level 8 to 10 were not implemented yet.
I don't know about 7 and this is what we are now looking into.

The Simcountry community passed a vote about levels 8-10, which was never acknowledged. However the nonexistent index has been removed and I now exceed all of the requirements.

With all due respect. The only part of level 8 that is not implemented, is the part where you pay us gold coins for it.

I have started a vote about levels 8-10 being implemented please go and cast your vote.

I voted. Sorry to hear about this MoP. Keep us informed if anything resolves, either about the monthly GC for lvl 7 or for the lvl 8 issue. I agree that if they have the requirements listed and you reoriented your entire strategy to fullfill them and you were able to do so (lvl 8 requirements do NOT look easy, especially with regards to the financial index), you should get the reward.

It's been a little over 4 days now, and I still haven't heard back from anyone.

Nor have I been paid my over due gold coins for level 7.

Could you please ad the Developmental Index to the game, or remove it from the requirements to exceed level 7?

I have attained level 7 and since I have no clue what the Developmental Index is, I can't say what I would score in it. However All I need for level 8 is a few points on my FI and I am there.

If you want to keep players here you should really fix this. With out a goal what is the point?
