With all due respect. The only part of level 8 that is not implemented, is the part where you pay us gold coins for it.

I sent You another email, and still no response.

We feel ya Player! Hang in there.

We promised an answer but it took some time to get into it.

We have looked into the account and the situation around the game levels and the requirements:

Game level 7 was reached on June 19 and 300 gold coins were added correctly.
10 gold coins per month, on July 19, August 19 and September 19 were not added to the account due to an error.
We have now added 30 gold coins to the account for these two months.

As to level 8:

According to the documentation you need a development index at 75 for level 8.
The development index is not implemented yet and level 8,9 and 10 ate currently impossible to reach.

The message on the level window is wrong as it does not specify the requirement of the development index.

This error will be fixed ASAP.

When the development index is implemented, these game levels will become available.

Wow. I didn't realize we're supposed to take the game documentation's word over what in-game play tells us. This will be interesting.

This is the story so far. I thought everyone should see how things get handled by Tom, the Gamemaster.

Sorry for the jumbled mess, where the level 8 requirements are listed. It was fine on the email that I sent Tom. This forum jumbles everything when you cut and paste from your country pages. However It still shows that I meet all requirements listed for level 8, and also shows the message stating "Congratulations. It seems like you meet the requirements for Game Level 8.
You will move to Level 8 within several hours."

I am writing you in regards to problems I have encountered.

1. I have been at level 7 since June 19th, and I have never received the 1

We have documented in the past that level 8 to 10 are not available.

The development index depends on features that are not part of the game yet and will take longer to implement.
It will take quite some time befor these levels are implemented.

We do plan to change the level system when the game missions are introduced.
The number of levels will increase to a large multiply of the current number.
Existing levels will remain but they may be divided into smaller steps.
Current levels will also be supplemented with many new levels that will depend on the completion of specific missions.

We plan to add the missions ASAP but will implement the space stations product markets and space shuttles before.

I will give Tom credit where it is due.

I have received the 10gcs for July. In a very timely manner, after I sent him an email. Although at that point they were already 3 months late.

look mop or whatever you wanna be called we dont want to seem disrepectful but can you give it a rest now please, how many times you have to be told levels eight to ten aint yet here,. running a blooming website aint easy you think it is try it yourself. ohhhhhhh and guess what..... well you'll find out please all players be blooming patient.

Kudos to Tom for even being available to us on this level. In what other game have you seen that?

Recognize also that not every problem presented to GM is necessarily a small issue. What if someone was informing GM of an exploit(cheat)? In that case one would be able to work their cheat for... (how long was it before you got a response Player?)
So, GM should at least be aware immediately. What if someone was hacking accounts and canceling countries? We couldn't have THAT going on for a week. I'm not suggesting he jump on the forum to do it either, email is better, there's no reason for any of this stuff to be public.

Eliminate levels 8-10.

Everyone needs to understand I have a very valid argument here and Toms excuse that it was an error sorry. Just doesn't cut it. I deserve to be compensated for my lost time and gold coins which were wasted due to their "error".
I agree that most of the time these things should be handled privately. However, when the GM does not treat his customers fairly, then I feel that the community has a right to know.

Absolutely, I've ranted about this game being more professional more than one time. I think cleaning it up should come before any expansions. Leveling, documentation, war engine flaws etc first. I've given Tom a pretty hard time about it.

You haven't gained anything this is true, but what have you really lost? Nothing, Drop it already. Until you really lose something, it is pretty naive to think they are going to drop everything they are doing just to add something that cant be done in time responsibly to satisfy you. Try a bit more patience, or level down until they put in the new levels.

I do alright. However, I don't think you realize how much it costs to keep an empire this size going. I constantly have to buy population for all 10 of my countries because they are all over 100M. Not to mention the cost to defend countries this large. Also I spent considerable time and gold coins to make it this large to meet the requirements posted on my country page.

It's also about how Tom just brushes off the mistakes they make, regardless of the consequences it has on players like you and me. Once I post the timeline It will be clearer.
