Corporatiuon Employment (White Giant)

I just got some private corporations but unemployment remains high because they have low hiring percentages (2 are at 0%, then there is a 15%, 45% etc). Does it take time for the corporations hire or is there something wrong?

Either raise your salaries, if there are enough workers in the country, or move the corp if there is a long term worker shortage.

Also do the corps have supply shortages? If they do then adjust your buying strategy.

When ceos move private corps into your country its often for 1 of 2 reasons. Either it was formerly located in a high tax country or it was located somewhere where they were having a hard time maintaining 100% hiring. If its the latter reason the hiring will only increase 10% hiring per game month I believe. If salaries in the private corps are higher than your country corps and you are short on any type of worker the employees will move from state corps to the private corps. If you're not short on workers then just be patient and they'll soon be hiring 100%.

Make sure you check your executive level too, regular and high tech. They don't appear on the change profession of workers page.
