Hello Gamesmaster.

Could we please have some information about the new game level conversions. Seems to me that a major change like this should have had some announcement at least. Cor Blimey, I am now level 12 on GR!!!

God only knows what Man O Peace thinks of this...

It looks like the levels were doubled? So level 6 became level 12? No GCs given. If the level awards were simply cut in 1/2, that is fine. However, if not, I'd like my missing level awards.

They cut the important reqs to get from Level 1 to Level 2 down to Transportation Index of 70, and Defensive Force Index of 40.

It's important if you're trying to artificially keep your level down to either sell a country or wait the 30 days to level up.

Gamemaster:

Nov 18 00:01 Used 250 Gold Coins to pay Dubhthaigh in exchange for
Country Bilderberg WG Headquarters on WG

Nov 18 17:37 Purchased new country or enterprise on WG
Received 0 Gold Coins for reaching Game Level 3 on WG

I was intentionally keeping this country below Level 2 for the 30 day period in order to not lose out on level coins like this. The defense index was below 75, and I blew up a lot of infrastructure to make sure I could stay below the limit and not miss my leveling-up.

Will I be compensated over the coins lost in this change?

My game level doubled to 6. I was planning on resigning from position of CEO of AzemOcram International once I reached level 4. Should I wait until level 7 or level 8. Furthermore, I got no coin bonuses for jumping to level 6.

I hope you all read the game news.
It explains exactly what happened.

Nobody is losing any gold coins and awards are at the same level.

Please read.

Tom, I sent you an email since i already started another thread on this.

I understand how the conversion works, and that all the levels and awards are equivalent. My problem is that countries bought within 30 days (which aren't allowed to get level awards) can be 'translated' to level 2 and 3 because there is no defense index requirement.

Because these countries are recently purchased, they won't be able to get the coin awards, and the owners had no foreknowledge of such a change. I, myself, have a country that I was keeping at level 1 until the 30 days passed. It was translated to level 3 once the new levels got introduced and now I'm out coins from those awards.

Anyone else who has recently bought a country may also be looking at the same situation, which is why I asked you to please look into this.
