I had a discussion about airports with another player and it reminded me of this product loophole.

Airports corps are completely useless.
"This product is only used by countries"
yet countries cannot buy or build civil airports !!

Instead "air transport" corporations build airports.

Building an Airport

To create this company you do not need building capacity, but you do need an airport.

An airport will automatically be ordered if you decide to build this company. Once the building of the airport has started, you cannot cancel it.

For long-time players, "air transport" always meant airlines. But airlines don't need separate airports to operate.

What would fix this loophole is to allow countries to build/order civil airports.

And instead of building airports with "Air Transport", this should be a service since it does not require a factory.
