How to use Ammunition Quality Upgrades? (Little Upsilon)

I have some Ammunition Quality Upgrades but I do not know how to use it. Anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

We can't use this yet.

Later this week or the next, we should be able to mass pump our units with steroids upgrades.

The GM's announced Ammo and Weapons upgrades Dec 31. Now it's been six weeks and we still can't use them. I waited on getting a corp 'til I saw a good deal in a C3 but now I'm wondering if I should close the corp. Is 6 weeks a normal lag between introducing a new and making it usable? Does it sometimes run 4-5 months?

They can be used now. Look in your war menu under Garrisons and Military Units.
