1. have a good education index
2. make sure you have the right worker distribution
3. build profitable corps (ie: no cattle feed) until you reach an employment index in the low to mid 90's
4. select the right supply quality (~160 for state controlled corps)

or, instead of 3&4 you can allow enterprises to build corps in your country, it's up to you

um, that's about it. If you only have 1 country, you don't need any military. If you're going for the level awards, buy the necessary defensive equipment quickly and then deactivate it after you're done levelling

did you buy the country you're using on LU? I see it's a CEO foundation country. If you bought it, don't level for at least 30 days afterward or W3C eats your gold coins. Yes, they really do eat them. Sometimes between two slices of whole wheat toast.

Shmal, message me at "tiger" on LU. I will help you build up your country properly from the basics. After that point you can learn abit more and use more advanced techniques. Hope to hear from you soon.

Crossdale.
