notice: new "public vote" poll now available, regarding "Starting new polls"

The vote is to decide if "rule 3" should be deleted, which restricts "full" leaders from starting new polls to once every 3 weeks. A vote of "yes" would allow any number of polls, though still "rule 1" would allow deletion of any poll without notice, in the case of "spammers", abuse, etc.

Please consider reviewing this idea and voting. Thank you.

At least one "full" member was not aware of the location of the public voting, and another senior leader commented that the "public voting" had never been visited. So, for those who may not have seen the text of the vote, it is copied here, as well: reference:

Currently, there is a restriction on starting new polls--maximum of one poll every 3 weeks--and this seems to greatly restrict the creative freedom and opportunity for leaders of all worlds to share their opinion in one locale.

reference: [rule] 3. You can start one poll every 3 weeks.

It is suggested that there be no restriction on starting polls. For example, the first "rule" already controls leaders who may "spam" the polls by the authority of "deletion without notice".

reference: [rule] 1. W3Creative has the right to delete polls without further notice.

There are several interesting issues which have emerged from engaging and thoughtful discussion among leaders in the live chat, worthy of placing polls; for example, "Should one world be set aside for new leaders?", "Should one world be set to reset after one {Earth} month?", "Should public corporations be able to merge?", "Should corporations be able to 'retool', changing their product produced to another similar product?". Other interesting questions have emerged, yet not necessarily on a "once in every three weeks" period.

Thus, it is asked, in order to avoid redundant rules (rule 1 and rule 3) of the "public vote", that any "full" leader should be able to "Submit New Poll" at any time, given the already established restriction of deletion if needed.

Please vote "Yes" for allowing "full" leaders to submit polls when they desire, or "No" otherwise.

Should this public vote be accepted, and "rule 3" deleted, then the preceeding four poll questions would be planned to be submitted.

Ant comments or ideas regarding this issue, please advise. Thank you.
