There are 136 Federations on Golden Rainbow. Some of these federations are in large federation complex such as GREF and UC. |

There is a federation called "The 300" on FB, or at least there used to be, and one on LU that I have my empire in. They are unaffiliated, though I have fought with "The 300" on FB when I was in SFO. |
