It seems to me countries over 50 mil have bad labor problems
I am at 49 mil i have basically micromanaged my ed priorities
basically you start loosing HLW. So when you hit this no more pop boost and just train nurses and switch em to workers
nurses have about the same value as workers
so just train nurses and convert
also social security is far cheaper way of improving production. at 250 salaries I am at 113% and still rising production with 80% social
