any newbies have came into the places where my corporations resides. If they do something bad like buy tons of military then I leave
but most of them act like a C3.
the old saying goes is true you must spend money to make money
auto build buildings is slow
if you have 15k teachers why not build enough schools to employ em all or most em
more schools faster training
100 salary is low salary
they don't upgrades either heck they don't anything really.
I have seen a few with social improvements
and 200 salaries
but no quality upgrades so no real income
I wander how many human controlled C3s are in each world
to improve you get rid of those low techs
and replace with
service
oil
chemical
plastic
building material
all require some engineers
so you need education and quality upgrades
