Quality (Kebir Blue)

Will there be new rules for Product quality on the new world?

Suggestion:
1)When you buy a production plant with a quality rating over "100"...the starting point for quality rating for goods produced there should be higher than "100".

2)Quality of Ammo
There should be an accuracy rating for ammo directly linked to the quality of the ammo.

There is already these standards in place, just have to understand them maestro, my ammo and weapon upgrade corps are some of the best in game, 120 Rating on that scale = 250 quality in retro spect, I choose to pay it up front, for ammo to be 250 and weapons to be 250, in war it didnt used to be much of a signifigance but now, Its the war engine.

the Q should effect each thing differently

consumer goods should increase birthrate. 100 is stranded if i make all the consumer goods for my country and there 296Q i should have 196% increase in birthrate or decrease in death
