How to become a member of the Security Council
The best presidents are automatically added to the Security Council when they receive a #1 award at the moment they are added to the Presidents Hall of Fame for Fearless Blue. Presidents who are added to the Hall of Fame are member of the Security Council for 5 months.
The Security Council is automatically extended to 15 members. The game selects Presidents who play the Simcountry regularly. These Presidents are member of the Security Council for 2 months.
