I posted a while ago that there would be an announcement upcoming and this is it, sorry it took longer than expected but we were trying to get some things in order.

This is an official announcement of the end of The Mob on all worlds except for FB. After the latest war with WGC we decided that we indeed had become too dominant in war given the current state of the game. The idea of The Mob was not to hoard a bunch of the best war players, we came together as a group of friends with similar interests in the game. It has become clear however that ultimately that is exactly what happened, not only with our fed members but also with our allies. Just as groups of social econ members tend to group together we have done the same as war players. The power base has become too consolidated.

What we see now is a completely different SC than what we saw in the past, one that rejects and is offended by what we worked so hard to master, there are

I think this statement is one of the biggest sack of crap I heard since I been playing this game what makes you think that the Mob is just playing possum dont believe a word that any of these guys say.

To answer your question serpent playing possum is actually saying one thing and doing another that means being two-faced. And Orbiter buying WP is just a part of strategy. You do the same thing as I would be doing to rebuild after losing a war and getting ready for the next one.

keith does have the right to speak his mind, but to out and out call some one a liar, with the theme that they are playing dead just to avoid being attacked... is well, the type of forum banter that leads to war. effectively calling out the mob and allies, so considering everything, yea, it sounded like he grew, a sack.

its silly when some one threatens me or my friends to not look at what they got. thats the kind of lack of prep that i've been talking about.

Why would we play possum? Why be two faced? We clearly (although unintentionally) dominated that war. So if by playing possum you mean lying.. then you are wrong! However lucky for you guys we did not play 'shark', 'tiger', 'alligator', 'wolf', or any other animal that kills until there is no more to kill, otherwise.... well I think the community knows the answer to that.

The reason I have WP and prolly the reason the rest do, although I cant speak for them, is because at the moment I do not want to fight. Which is precisely what any other player should do, if you do not desire to fight. Rest assured tho, we do not 'hide' behind WP while dec'g others! That is cowardly. I had 8 countries outta WP during that war, which represented 90% of my empire. The rest of us had many out of WP as well.
