Game News Today

1. War levels

All war level updates as described in the previous game news will be installed early on Oct. 4.

2. Cash in Corporations

The transfer of cash out of corporations is reset to 60B. This will be for both state and private corporations. The amount is now lower than the previous limit of 80B. There is no need to make any cash transfers into corporations.

The limitation of cash transfer out of private corporations was described as a new feature but this was part of simcountry for a long time. The limit used to be 80B and is now reduced to 60B.

3. Bugs Fixed

Several recent and older errors have been fixed, including a security error that allowed players to see military details in other countries, a map problem for users of IE 8.0 and a problem with the number of needed workers, falsely including the needed workers in a recently closed corporation. The incorrect numbers used to be shown for a day or two after the corporation was closed.

4. Planned updates for the coming two or three weeks

More war levels will be added. This will bring the total number to 8 or more. Many more war levels will be added later. Changes will include the introduction of larger garrisons and a solution to several errors in garrisons that are outstanding for some time.

External trading of Gold coins, Game money, countries and enterprises will become possible. When such assets are offered on external markets (Ex: Ebay), Simcountry will provide a key that can be delivered to the buyer. The key will enable the buyer to receive the asset after logging into the game.

The co marketing feature that pays players in cash for the introduction of new full players will be completed. Old records will be reprocessed to make sure everyone who already produced results is paid and the system will be extended. This will include detailed reports of clicks and registrations that were produced by each of the registered campaigns.

Private corporation debt will be reduced by automatic transfers of cash from the enterprise in the same way state corporations are supported by the state. Transfers will be small but they will shift debt from corporations to the owners and reduce the number of small loans.

Direct market transactions that are aimed at obtaining gold coins, will be prohibited if the player has any debt, in any country, enterprise or corporations. Debt should be paid before surplus game money can be exchanged into gold coins.

The change in the war declaration process and the C3 wars will have no implications to existing wars.
