It could be either.
Maybe people are quitting, or maybe there's just nothing to talk about. Personally I don't feel like there's anything regarding SC's "gameplay" worth discussing.
Some people are waiting in anticipation of the war level stuff that is supposed to go in today. Myself, I couldn't give a rat's ass about it even if you handed me an extra one :/ |

Yeah. Like, a rat's ass that nobody needed. If you gave me an extra one I'd just keep it.
Or maybe I'd glue it back on to the rat that lost it... but somehow I don't think that would do much good for the rat  |
