How LOW can you go? (Little Upsilon)

I have a country on LU named 'Snipe Hunter'. My neighbor is Ricky Harris who has a country named 'Marom'. There is no secret that a particular individual has been at 'odds' or an enemy to me and many of my allies, of which Mr. Ricky Harris is neither. I took Snipe Hunter out of WP to fight with it and dec'd a few countries of this 'certain individual'. They were able to land one nuke, then no more. They have lost several weapons and wasted ammo trying to RAISE my WI. That's right I said raise, because it has actually gone up approx 7 points from when the skirmish started. But apparently because no more damage could be done this person dec'd and started nuking 'Marom', who has absolutely nothing to do with this. Of course I get some of the fallout from those nukes, but the damage is minimal. Meanwhile Mr Ricky Harris country is being destroyed.

I have had them same problem in past times. I was wondering why, of all the c3's to take on LU. Why does this person always pick one by me to fight with. They never have any defense, and get nuked constantly. Now not much damage happens to a 9 mill pop c3. But placed in the right spot (in the middle of some ones cluster) can cause allot of damage. Is this coincidence or a careful placement of a c3 to do damage to others? I would love to hear your opinion!!!

I'm sure Serpent could have taken the c3 2 days ago. I would have to take that as evidence that he doesn't really like your economy much.

And serpent, I'd rather not waste my time shooting at a defense that you can magically lower into your country once cleared. I saw that happen on WG. Maybe I am the only one who doesn't think it is smart to waste time shooting at a country that can make weapons magically appear. Who knows.

Who cares, anyone out of wp is fair game for whatever one feels like, besides, I thought wars were good for the game, given that logic 3 people at war is better than only 2 so now the game is even better off than before. Serpent- DTA does not appreciate being put in the middle of this. Wendy has NEVER betrayed or backstabbed us. We love Wendy very much - she is and always has been our most willing ally.
But you serpent have been in recent weeks gaining the trust of DTA saying you will take our countries back from Wendy and sell them to us. And then your closest ally Budman declares war on us for you nuking one of wendys countries - there is no logic in that course of action becuase it is you doing the unecessary nuking. First of all I did not bring DTA into anything!

I can not dictate what other presidents from other feds want to do! If budman was in my fed then it might be different. But I cant tell him what to do! I asked budman why he was decing you guys and he said it was because you guys had several countries that were repeatedly getting nuked. I did not realize where knife boy was when I was nuking it, ever since budman told me he was receiving fallout from the nukes, I have stopped.

I took two decent pop countries from her (68M and 40M) that were previously DTA's. I sent several... not one... not two... but several messages to various DTA members trying to either sell those countries

Do you really have to ask how LOW Wendy will go...she took countries from a dead man...dismantling his SC legacy...AND...she claimed to be his friend (Scratches head)!?!?!

She hangs onto this Ricky Harris thing not because its true, but because she thinks everyone in SC is dumb enough to believe it makes a valid leveraging point for nuking him to get to you.
