Product quality (Fearless Blue)

Why can you not order goods of more than 250 quality? For example one defensive missile corp I looked at has a Quality of the Product 333.0 yet when ordering you are limited to 250.

i know like consumer goods. Theres no reason to buy 370Q goods there should be benefits dont you wanna strive to have a higher Q country?
