1. Virtual Game Assets - Packaged Assets

It is now possible to package game assets and offer them or give them to others, outside Simcountry. This feature was planned a long time ago and it is now available in Simcountry. The feature is on the bar above the left side menu and also in the General menu at the top of the screen.

The assets that can be offered now are gold coins and game money. More assets will be added at a later stage. These assets will include countries, enterprises and corporations. Share packages might be added too and a number of other assets.

Using the feature, you can take assets out of your account and offer them outside the game. When the assets are taken out of the account, you receive a unique, secret code that can be given to a third party.

Anyone who holds the code, will be able, after logging into Simcountry, claim the assets and add them to his/her own account.

Check the feature to find out how it exactly works and also read the terms and conditions attached to this feature.

2. Attacking a country with a president

A country with a president can be attacked by countries that are in war level 3 or higher. This was planned from the start and was implemented already 2 weeks ago. We have not mentioned it in previous game news.

3. Free membership

As we have announced before, we will add an unlimited free membership of Simcountry that will allow players to play for free for an unlimited period.

The free membership does have several limitations but allows players to use nearly all of the game functions.

The main limitation for free players is that they cannot get any gold coins. Both game awards and level awards are only available to full members. It is also impossible to obtain gold coins on the direct market. Exchanging game money into gold coins will remain the privilege of the full members.

A complete list of conditions that will apply to free members will be published on the site within the coming two weeks.

The feature will become available before the end of this month. It will be tested for several months and might be changed or canceled at any time.

In the mean time, and in order to prevent any account expiration while this feature is being completed in the coming weeks, we have increased the beginners free playing period to 30 days from the previous 16 days.

4. Navies

The number of weapons per navy that was said to be reduced in the previous game news is now really reduced from 20.000 to a maximum of 18.000 weapons per navy. The number will be reduced further in the future.

5. Investment Funds

The number of different shares that can be held by an investment fund is increased from 350 to 450.

No.2 doesn't make sense Tom, can you clarify please.

At war level 3 I can attack ANY president country not in WP or secured?

At war level 1 or 2 I cant attack another war level 1 or 2?

I am planning on getting out of the game at the end of the month and would like to sell my account, but i can't imagine why anyone not in the game would want to pay cash for the account. i've got over 4000gc. four countries and 50t cash and about 120t in weapons. I figure that on a discounted basis I would be willing to take $100. US. can anyone tell me if this applies to current players too.

I like number 5.

Number 2 is confusing. I think what it meant here is human players at war level 0,1 and 2 can't be attacked by another human player.

Also, can a C3 ever attack a human player? Perhaps at some of the higher war levels this will be possible. (Say War level 8)

The whole war level thing is confusing. For example can a level 2 attack another level 2 president (real player). Can a 5 attack a 3, a 3 an 8 how about a 2 attacking a 3?

I've gotten confused with all the adjustments.

You are only seeing a glimpse of the problems this system brings.
