Sell any Enterprise, Buy any Enterprise (Little Upsilon)

The error message says, "You may not sell your last Enterprise on this world".

Why not?

There are many abandoned Enterprises that would have been sold (Northnode Holdings, Black and White Tech, A2C International, Fone-Bone were all in this common market, for example), and many others can be found in the ranking list on each world.

There are several Enterprises which look interesting to buy or make an offer to the CEO, but the "system" doesn't allow it.

It hurts sellers, it hurts buyers, and everything that an Enterprise stands for, namely --enterprising initiative-- (translation for non-native English speakers "making business").

Look at Enterprise "Effort" on Kebir Blue; it is obviously abandoned.

On the current ranking list, it is listed as #27 on the world, with only 18 corporations total remaining...4 with the flashing the red X.

It had 8 corporations in this country, and slowly their mismanaged settings are causing them to close--five already closed, and the sixth is flashing the red X. The other two are fading.

"radman91" could have offered Effort for sale, and some "enterprising" leader may have taken control of it.

Why couldn't that have happened instead?
