Likely because he is, similar to you except you do well enough demonstrating that on your own. Now Hush.

Laguna is the direct market.

When compared to his greatness, we are all merely desperate speculators and fools indeed.

You make it sound like I'm George Soros.

The market is no longer sticky and as a result the gap to equilibrium got short in a nice pace. Risk and uncertainty make things quite interesting.

Why it maintained sticky for such a long time is also interesting. Lack of willingness in general, I suppose.

Oh hi Brutus.

Slow day guys?

"Tommi" removed himself partially from the direct market. Let's see if this remains by Monday.

"Tommi" not Laguna has slowly guided us to the current market prices.

Laguna is probably the only player truly involved in the direct market. This is both amusing and embarrassing at the same time.

Personally, I think Tommi should leave the market alone. Barring that, it couldn't hurt to raise the ceiling and lower the floor. Then there will be a more accurate reflection of the true value of the Gold Coin.

However, unlike Maestro, I agree with Laguna that this will lower, not raise, the value of the Gold Coin. The value of the Gold Coin affects and is affected by a surprising number of aspects of the game. However, I do not understand these as well as I imagine Laguna does, but I think I have the gist of it. Ultimately, Gold Coin deflation seems as though it is actually desirable for Maestro, and players like him, so I can't help but wonder why he's going on and on about it. Gold Coin inflation seems as though it would be desirable for you so if you agree with Laguna's view that the Gold Coin is artificially inflated, your desire for silence makes perfect sense.

I don't mind noise. Pointless chatter bothers me, you are the embodiment of that pointlessness. Who cares? Nobody. So just hush the nonsense already.

You are aware this is a text-based medium, right?

The fact that you have read and commented speaks louder in ways that contradict the words you've typed. If my words were actually pointless, you would not have felt the need to comment. Don't worry. I can easily read through your affected disdain to see your secret eagerness to read my posts. It's almost embarrassing! ;)

Yes "Tommi" is back in the market.

Put in a 4,000 coin request @ 363 per over the weekend.

Thats a slight reduction from the 365 he had there Thursday. His spread is now a little wider. (363 - 375)

So the rigged market continues it's downward push.

Laguna is not the direct market. He only trading inside the range set by "Tommi"

Maestro, I would like to point out that the lowest SC-to-GC offer that occurred before Tommi put 363 up was 362... it was going down. If Tommi had not placed his GC-to-SC offer up at 363, I'm pretty we'd be seeing something between 360-350 today.

I'm actually profiting quite nicely by offering the best price on both sides of the direct market. My only real competition is Laguna.

Thus far, I've probably earned about 1.25-1.50 GC per day over the last month.

The profit in the direct market is nothing compared to what is was back in January/February/March.

Now it's nickel and dime time so I mostly stay on the sidelines.(Though I do watch)

Some times when I read these posts I cant help but think there is love in the air.

Wendy glances angrily at scarlet and states, "I hate you!"......slap.

Scarlet massages his newly cherubic "cheek" and states, "I hate you more!"

Then they fall in a deeply loving embrace and finally realize how they NEED each other:)

Not so sure Parsifal. You only get one Strike and you're out with me. I doubt he'd want to make up after I dash him with a pot of boiling hot Baby Oil. Burn!

The violence is part of the love. Why bother the formalities of making up? It's much better that we don't. ;)

She says, "You only get one Strike and you're out with me," but 'you're out with me' means something other than what you think . . . and I can't help but rack up those strikes over and over and over. As far as the oil, she alters details; it wasn't boiling.
