Garrisons weapons? (Fearless Blue)

Okay, So im retracting all my garrisons, Right? And i did that like yesterday, And for some reason, The weapons aren't coming back, Same with the Ammo, And its kinda pissing me off. So do the weapons just like com bust and explode or something when i retract the garrison, Or is the game just being stupid and not giving me my guns? Still, They could pop up, But, Like i said, Its bean like One day, 4 game months, And Evan if they do, Still, It shouldn't take one day.

you have to make your defenses -0- in those targets. and of course you have to have supply units to get them back.
