My Nation is in Debt of 4.18 Trillion,

Im afraid We are unable to Pay back our Loans, We are At the Brink of Total collapse.
Cash Available at the Moment: -58.40 Billion.
We have No Money, Im Asking For help, im asking for 4.18 Trillion in Cash, And more if possible because the Debt goes up Very often.
Basically We need a Bailout package, To save my Nations economy. Help us.....
