And from Now, I Cant Buy Anything or create any corporations, Because My cash is below Limit it says, I Cant Buy or create, Hospitals,schools,or even pay the Retired people Their Pention.

We are so Poor, Poverty is Beginning in my Nation, More people have No jobs, and cant afford to Keep there homes. People are also Emigrating.

Someone Who has a Heart please Come and Save my Nation. we need 4.80 Trillion in cash. (to pay our debts, and thats just the start) we might need another trillion to get our Cash back up.

All of these approaches are incorrect. The quickest way to placate an ignorant mass of people is to declare war on an equally sized nation. This should accomplish three things:
1. The populace will more easily remain ignorant under a justifiable propaganda campaign.
2. Survival and security are the only way to introduce popular tyranny.
3. There is always an elusive peace period where you can promise anything. If you win, you can pillage the conquered nation. If you lose, you won't live anyway.

Scarlet, can you even do produce such a 'justifiable propaganda campaign'? But all the other approaches seem to fit. So...finally I took the time to read the dates! At least no one will scorn me for once...right?
