I Have a huge shortage of high tech executives in my 2 countries. Is this due to enabling the auto corp upgrades? I set the education priority to 20 and it just wont keep up. Most of my corps have decreased their hiring to lower levels due to the shortage. I have even closed a couple corps that had continual losses. Any ideas or help would be appreciated or if you would like to exchange workers. I am on White Giant

from the over all message, it sounds like you are getting hit heavy from upgrades, as u guessed, although, it is my experience, that its easier to stay ahead of worker demand, than to catch up.

you're on the right track, closing extra corps to try to free up workers, plus jacking up the ed priority... also, try building corps that are softer on HTX, like Road Maintenance...

further, when setting ed priorities, if HTX are holding you back, then why not increase the priority even higher? the professionals you are training in other areas are waiting for jobs, based on the shortage of HTX. and also, of course increasing your EI will help

Yes, jack up the education priority even further. I was amazed at how many I produced so quickly by doing that.

Send a worker exchange to West Vancouver you can take up to 3000 high tech executives? Or leave you countries names and I'll do it?

No worries message me in game if you need more. I always have a need for medium level and high level workers and a surplus of skilled workers?

Is there any option to line housewives to shoot them down? They decide for staying at home instead of working. It is suck when it increases so fast that my educational system can't produce HTE to replace their positions.

As a matter of fact, there is. It's called Back to Work Schools. They do a good job hiding the bodies.

You need to increase education above index 200 and set your education priority at 20. Mind you with high population and high education index, you'll need high health index to keep eudcation in line.
