What is the name of your country?

Your corporation may be losing money because the type of corp you are running is just not profitable or you pay too much for raw materials or your products are not of high enough quality and/or volume.

Production does not depend only on hiring. Even if your corp has 100% of the workforce they may not work 100% production. Production depends on hiring, welfare index and salary.

800B SC is nothing to worry about so long as you do not lose too much money per month.

Seed, first thing to check is your corp salary level.

Make sure they are all at 300 or 350 even.

Make sure you upgrade them (effectivity and quality) when you get them over 100% production (yes, you can production well over 100% for some strange reason).

Post again if you still have problems.

also, under automatic settings, their is a production setting, make sure thats set to 100%, other wise the above things are right on

basic corp settings

supply quality 180
salaries 300-350
trade strats,
sell, +20 to 30 over quality, and -5 to -10 per month, and follow quality
buy, best price
and auto upgrade

their is allot more to running corps, but those basic settings will provide an average profit for most corp types. Many corps just wont make money with out some sort of gimmick, if you are at level 1, oil, chemicals, construction, services, and Road Maintenance, are your best choices.
