Game Levels (Little Upsilon)

One of the requirements for level 12 is to reach war level 8. How can that be achieved when you can only go as high as war level 7?

Can this be changed back until the war levels are increased?

You are still able to use the defense/defensive indexes to reach the war levels so it shouldn't be an issue at the moment.

I'm assuming because they designed the system up to level 8 that they'll be rolling it out soon enough.
