How do I destroy my own bases? (White Giant)

That was just to catch attention. Actually, as I'm an econ only player (no time for war for the next few real life years) who's trying to maximize corporate employment (as close to 100% working in profitable companies as possible) I want to rid myself of my cursed military bases. How can I do this?
