If you've got lots of unemployed, hasn't it occured to you that you might need to create jobs for them? If they work, they pay tax and the institute they work in will benefit your country either financially or socially.

I dont mean to be too harsh on you, but you must have some semblance of common sense to half succeed at anything. Try thinking for yourself and exercise that brain.
