Anyone have any country controlled public corporations? Check their fixed property costs. Some of mine are approaching $1T/month. It's somewhat higher than state corporations in the same country.

I'm wondering if this is one of those fun little changes :S

lol 1B

sorry I got my letters mixed up

in my case my CCTPs in one country have 950M per month fixed cost but state corps there are only 700M. Since I don't have many CCTPs I was wondering whether anyone else noticed an extra cost.

The fixed property cost is a stationary cost that includes things like rent for the building. This cost will not fluctuate, thus making it very hard for corps that hire less than the full 100% to keep afloat..,

Cost is tied to the number of upgrades (both kinds) that the corporation has.

Ohh. That would make sense then. I never realized that upgrades affected property cost too, probably because I usually stick to enterprise corps which are usually under 200M.

Okay, I guess it's not something new.

Yeah, Enterprise Corp upgrades add much less to Fixed Cost than State Corps. It does fluctuate a little with stable upgrades, but usually not much in normal circumstances.
