I hope this can be expanded.

I'd like to see migration 10x more powerful in the game.

Especially migration within your own empire. People migrating for available jobs within your empire.

When a player leaves the game and the gamemaster takes control of the country let the excess population go into a "migration labor" pool. (Instead of disappearing)

Not even that but think War/Natural disasters

When a nuke goes off the displaced emigrate out and displaced from nateral disasters leave there current country and find either countries with good salaries are high welfare then are spread out highest Welfare/Salaries to lowest 15K each till there all living else where.

Relief aid would help by increasing welfare encouraging mirgation back

19,820 * 4 = ~80K people a day on fearless blue = ~560K a week.

I'd love to get 5.6M people per week as well.
